These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Valantir AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operator of stablecoin.hot (https://stablecoin.hot). By accessing the site or purchasing a featured listing you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
stablecoin.hot is an informational knowledge base and a business directory for the stablecoin ecosystem. We provide editorial content and a directory where businesses can be listed for free or, optionally, purchase a paid "featured" placement. The service is provided on a global basis to a general, adult and business audience.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any local restrictions on stablecoins or digital assets.
3. Listings & content you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of anything you submit. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content, that it is not misleading, and that the listed business is legitimate. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt and promote your submitted content within the service. You may request edits or removal at any time.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to submit or use the service for:
- Fraud, scams, Ponzi/pyramid schemes, fake yield, or impersonation.
- Illegal activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Malware, phishing, or links to harmful or deceptive destinations.
- Unlicensed financial services, or claims that are false, unsubstantiated or misleading.
- Infringing intellectual property, hate speech, or unlawful content.
- Automated scraping or abuse that degrades the service or its security.
We may reject, edit, suspend or remove any listing that breaches these Terms, at our discretion.
5. Featured listings & payment
Featured listings are optional paid placements sold as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) across tiers (e.g. featured subcategory, category, or homepage). Current pricing is shown on the Sponsor and submission pages and may change for future billing periods.
- Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Creem.io (Creem (Creem Technologies)), which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for the transaction. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms, and Creem handles billing, receipts and applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/GST).
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorise recurring charges via Creem until cancellation.
- Taxes. Prices may be exclusive of taxes; any applicable taxes are calculated and collected by the Merchant of Record at checkout.
- Fulfilment. A featured placement goes live after payment and editorial review (typically within 24 hours), provided the listing complies with these Terms.
6. Refunds & cancellation
14-day guarantee. If a featured listing has not yet been published/activated, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This reflects the EU right of withdrawal for consumers; by asking us to publish your listing within that window you consent to fulfilment beginning, which may end the withdrawal right once the placement is live.
Cancellation. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the management link in your receipt/account or by emailing [email protected]. On cancellation your featured placement remains active until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not renewed thereafter. Beyond the 14-day window, payments for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds, where due, are issued by the Merchant of Record to your original payment method.
7. Editorial discretion & disclosure
Paying for a featured listing buys placement and visibility only. It does not buy editorial coverage, a particular description, ranking outside featured slots, or removal of competitors. We label sponsored and owned placements with a visible disclosure. We retain final editorial control and may decline or remove any placement that is unlawful, deceptive or off-topic, with a pro-rated refund of the unused, unpublished portion where appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
The service, its design, text, and compilations are owned by Valantir AI LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear for identification only. You may not copy or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission.
9. No financial advice & disclaimers
stablecoin.hot is for information only and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or use any stablecoin, token, chain or product. Digital assets carry significant risk, including total loss and de-pegging. Always do your own research. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valantir AI LLC and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including statutory consumer rights).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valantir AI LLC from claims and costs arising out of content you submit or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access or listings that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings locally. Billing disputes for paid orders may also be subject to the Merchant of Record's dispute process.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions take effect from your next billing period. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
