Privacy Policy

How stablecoin.hot collects, uses, shares and protects personal data — and the rights you have over it.

This Privacy Policy explains how Valantir AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operator of stablecoin.hot (https://stablecoin.hot), processes personal data. We are committed to processing data lawfully and transparently, including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and comparable global privacy laws.

1. Who we are (data controller)

The data controller is Valantir AI LLC, registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy matter, contact [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service:

  • Directory submissions. When you submit a business or buy a featured listing, we collect the business name, website, tagline, categories, chains/stablecoins, geography, social links, and a contact email. The contact email is never displayed publicly; the rest may be published in the directory.
  • Billing data. Featured listings are paid through Creem.io (Creem (Creem Technologies)), our Merchant of Record. Payment and card details are collected and processed directly by Creem under their own privacy policy — we never receive or store your full card number. We receive a transaction reference, plan, status and the billing email needed to fulfil and support your order.
  • Anti-spam (CAPTCHA). Submission forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals to tell humans from bots.
  • Analytics (consent-based). Only if you opt in via the cookie banner, we record aggregate impressions and clicks on sponsored placements through Cloudflare Analytics Engine. This is first-party measurement; we use no third-party advertising trackers.
  • Server logs. Like any website, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) transiently for security, abuse prevention and reliability.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we do not sell personal data.

3. How we use data

  • To operate, review, publish and moderate directory listings.
  • To process payments, send receipts, and provide customer support.
  • To prevent spam, fraud and abuse, and to keep the service secure.
  • To measure sponsored-placement performance (only with your consent).
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
  • Contract — to fulfil a listing or featured order you request.
  • Legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention and basic operation, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent — for analytics cookies; you may withdraw it at any time.
  • Legal obligation — tax, accounting and lawful requests.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies/local storage to remember your consent choice and to run security and anti-spam features. Analytics is loaded only after opt-in. Full details and controls are in our Cookie Policy, and you can change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

6. Who we share data with

We share data only with processors that help us run the service:

  • Creem (Creem Technologies) — payment processing and billing (Merchant of Record).
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, Turnstile CAPTCHA, and (with consent) analytics.

We may disclose data where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for their own marketing.

7. International transfers

stablecoin.hot is a global service and our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms operated by our providers.

8. Data retention

We keep listing and account data for as long as your listing is active and as needed to provide the service. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to several years). Aggregate analytics contain no directly identifying data. On valid request we delete personal data we are not legally required to keep.

9. Security

We rely on reputable infrastructure (Cloudflare) with encryption in transit, access controls and abuse protection. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and regulators of any breach as required by law.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy (portability).
  • Rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") where applicable.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Children's privacy

stablecoin.hot is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or the law evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, a notice on the site.
